It's alternative would be adobe, which has the same primary functions as bluebeam. Not sure what that costs but it should be cheaper. THAT being said, I would pay the extra for bluebeam and prefer bluebeam extreme. As you get proficient with it it becomes extremely useful and worthwhile. Paid 1 eSUB is another cloud-based project management software that helps.
